Good day. Ok, I ordered my 3 shirts from you on Sept 28/23 at that time the purchase was $66.85us and shipping was $36.99us (which is 55.3 % of the purchase price.) I was hoping to take these shirts on my holiday to Jamaica which left on Oct 15th, as your shipping policy statement said 5-9 business days to arrive. Because my shirt would arrive before my holiday I was willing to pay for your shipping price. My shirts did not arrive till after my holiday on Oct 24th. When they did arrive I was charged an additional $26.54 Canadian. I think that works out to about $17.50US. So in total the shipping and extra costs was $54.49us unbelievable, that like 81.51% of my purchase. In addition, the 3 shirt I ordered were size large according to your size chart. The shirts that arrive fit like 5XL, suitable for someone who is 300 pounds. I did sent picture to your as requested. I do not want these shirts and i would like to be refunded my $66.85us. I will eat the shipping cost to get them to me; however, I am not willing to send them back to you at my cost. I expect a total refund on my visa account for $66.85 ASAP or I will get visa to come after you and I will also be leaving very negative feed back on your review site.
